Delivery Times
We will aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days subject to availability of stock.
Delivery Terms
Orders dispatched by DHL must be signed for by an adult of at least 18 years old.
We will dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 2pm (subject to stock availability).
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping.
Late Delivery
If you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK please contact us by emailing info@elcocks.co.uk or by using our Contact form
Delivery Methods
Most orders will be despatched via DHL. You will need to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons we cannot leave parcels unsigned for.
If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery.
In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to redeliver the parcel.
Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If items are damaged through no fault of the buyer we will be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged items. You have 14 days to return your goods for a refund.
Tracking Your Delivery
We may e-mail you a tracking code/ident code when we dispatch your order.
To track dliveries by DHL do the following
- Open this link in a new window: http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/
- Under the heading 'Domestic Express' select the link 'By Ident Code'
- Enter the provided ident code in the first 'From Ident Code' field. (you can copy and paste)
- Press the 'Submit' button
- Now select your delivery ident code to see its status.
