Terms
Deliveries MUST be signed for by an adult of at least 18 years old. In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to redeliver the parcel. We will dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 2pm (subject to stock availability).
Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If items are damaged through no fault of the buyer we will be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged items. You have 14 days to return your goods for a refund.
Late Delivery
If you do not receive your goods after 3 working days and you are in the UK please contact us by emailing info@elcocks.co.uk or by using our Contact Form or by calling 01904 611 100.
Tracking Your Delivery
We may e-mail you link in any dispatch e-mails to enable you to track your deliveries or a Tracking Code/Ident Code. To track deliveries by DHL with your Tracking Code/Ident Code
- Open this link in a new window: http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/
- Under the heading 'Domestic Express' select the link 'By Ident Code'
- Enter the provided ident code in the first 'From Ident Code' field. (you can copy and paste)
- Press the 'Submit' button
- Now select your delivery ident code to see its status.
